Job summary

Gifford And Partners Recruitment Ltd. (GAP) is seeking a Management Accountant to provide strong financial analysis and strategic insight in a growing Yorkshire business.

You will own monthly management accounts, deliver clear commentary, and partner with senior finance and operational teams. You will challenge the status quo, translate numbers into actionable recommendations, support budgets and cashflow planning, strengthen balance sheet reporting, and drive process improvements through

Qualifications

• Approaching qualification or already building your experience in industry, or if from practice, likely a senior associate/assistant manager level currently.
• You will report and present accounting information to senior financial and operational stakeholders.

Ready to turn strong technical foundations into genuine commercial influence? This newly created Management Accountant opportunity sits within a growing Yorkshire business where finance has real visibility, credibility and impact.

About the Role

You will be trusted with ownership, encouraged to challenge the status quo and given exposure well beyond the traditional management accounting remit. Working closely with senior finance leaders and operational teams, you will translate financial information into meaningful insight, helping the business understand performance, manage risk and make better decisions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Approaching qualification or already building your experience in industry, or if from practice, likely a senior associate/assistant manager level currently. You will ideally be ACA, ACCA or ACMA qualified, with the confidence to report and present accounting information to various stakeholders both financial and operational at at senior level.
