Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant in North Bristol to take ownership of management accounting, reporting and financial analysis. The role offers exposure to acquisitions, integration and group finance, across multiple manufacturing environments.

You'll work with senior stakeholders in a high-growth Aerospace & Defence environment, with study support and a clear path to Finance Manager within 2–3 years. Hybrid working and broad commercial exposure are key benefits.

We're looking for a hands-on Management Accountant with experience in manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence or a similarly operational environment. Relevant experience is key, and professional studies such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA would be advantageous.
