Job summary

Internationalinsuranceprofessionals in North Bristol is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to drive reporting, analysis and commercial insight across a growing Aerospace & Defence manufacturing group.

You will influence the evolution of the finance function while supporting multiple sites and automation projects, with clear progression to Finance Manager within 2–3 years. Hybrid work pattern and study support are included.

Qualifications

• Hands-on management accountant with manufacturing/A&D exposure; experience in management accounting, reporting and financial analysis.
• Professional studies such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of management accounting, reporting and financial analysis.
• Gain exposure to acquisitions, integration and group finance.
• Work across multiple manufacturing environments.
• Involvement in automation, systems integration and process improvement.
• Influence how the finance function develops as the group grows.
• Work with senior stakeholders and gain broad commercial exposure.
• Progress into Finance Manager within 2–3 years.
