Job summary

Morgan McKinley (South West) in North Bristol is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to own management accounting, reporting and financial analysis, with exposure to acquisitions and group finance.

You'll work across multiple manufacturing environments, support automation and process improvements, and build towards a Finance Manager role within 2-3 years. Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office and study support, in a high-growth Aerospace & Defence environment.

We're looking for a hands‑on Management Accountant, ideally with experience in manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence or a similarly operational environment. Relevant experience is key, and professional studies such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA would be advantageous.
