Job summary

ICAEW, a highly respected, innovation-led organisation, seeks a Management Accountant to oversee grant-funded activities and end-to-end claim processes. You will collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.

In this role you will build relationships with project stakeholders, handle grant rate calculations, monitor expenditures, and support external audits.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or studying towards qualification.
• Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling and interpreting large volumes of financial data.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance processes, or working closely with external auditors.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate financial information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.

Responsibilities

Your new role

As Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in managing and reporting on grant-funded activities across the organisation. Working closely with finance and operational teams, you'll take responsibility for the end-to-end grant claim process, ensuring claims are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
