Job summary

Reed is seeking a capable Management Accountant to join our finance team in the United Kingdom. You will deliver monthly management accounts, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and support budgeting and forecasting to guide key business decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders. This is a full-time, office-based position offering career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Management Accountant position or similar finance role.
• AAT qualified, part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience.
• Strong month-end accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities
