Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking a Management Accountant to deliver accurate financial information and support performance across our corporate and hotel portfolio. You will produce monthly management accounts and provide insightful analysis to enable informed decision making.

You will collaborate with Directors and Heads of Department to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial controls across approximately 50 UK property companies, contributing to continuous improvement and compliant

Qualifications

• Ideally have CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts for LGH Hotels Management, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reporting.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting across approximately 50 UK property companies.
• Partner with Directors and Heads of Department, providing meaningful analysis that supports informed business decisions.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Complete balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring financial integrity and control.
• Support monthly, half-year and year-end close processes, including audit preparation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, systems and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the finance community to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to tax reporting and ensure compliance with financial standards and legislation.
• Support the ongoing development of finance systems and ways of working.
