Job summary

Portus Supported Housing in Swinton is seeking a Management Accountant for a hybrid role. You will oversee financial reporting for repairs and Asset Management, reconcile funder income, and provide variance analysis.

• Reconcile funder income and expenditure, providing regular variance analysis and commentary.
• Liaise with budget holders and departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage landlord rent, insurance payments, rent increases, accruals and prepayments.
• Support lease accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting.
• Complete bank and treasury reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support statutory accounts, year-end audit and rent ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, process documentation and reporting.
• Support the wider Finance team with queries and ad hoc tasks.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, KPIs and training requirements.

Management Accountant – Swinton – Hybrid - £43,000 to £45,000 + Benefits
