Job summary

Recruiit is seeking an experienced management accountant to join a mid-size business in the UK. Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) professionals with strong management accounting experience will tell the story behind the numbers and support business decisions.

You will lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost analysis and cash flow management, while partnering with stakeholders to drive growth. Some hybrid home working is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with strong management accounting experience.
• Experience preparing management accounts and KPIs.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate the story behind the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analyses, and KPI reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to support growth and profitability.
• Cost Analysis: Monitor margins, expenditures and capital investments.
• Process Improvement: Standardise reporting tools and automate workflows.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash positions and forecast working capital.

• Cost Analysis: Monitor product margins, operational expenditures, and capital investment performance.
• Process Improvement: Standardise financial reporting tools and automate routine accounting workflows.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future working capital requirements.
