Job summary

Adjacency Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join a growing finance team. The role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, business partnering and commercial analysis within a fast-paced environment.

You will produce monthly management accounts, key KPI reports and commentary, investigate variances, maintain balance sheet integrity, support budgeting and cash flow, and assist with payroll and inter-company reconciliations in a hybrid, on-site parking

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience producing management accounts in a stock-based business.
• Hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, KPI analysis and performance commentary.
• Investigate variances against budget, forecast and prior year with operational stakeholders.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with payroll accounting, inter-company reconciliations and technical accounting where required.
• Contribute to finance process improvements, systems projects and ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and supporting reconciliations.

What We Are Looking For?
