Axon Moore are partnering with a growing organisation in Preston to recruit a newly created Management Accountant position. This role is ideal for a part or newly qualified accountant seeking a varied, commercially focused career with exposure across the wider business.

You’ll gain hands-on involvement in month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L preparation while supporting growth and business improvement initiatives.

• Production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Preparation and maintenance of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation and review of monthly P&L accounts
• Supporting the annual statutory audit process
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Taking full ownership and accountability for balance sheet reporting and accuracy
• Acting as a key finance contact and business partner across multiple divisions
• Supporting ad hoc projects and wider finance initiatives
