Base pay range

This role supports the Finance Manager in delivering accurate and timely financial and management reports. It involves period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and presenting financial results to senior management in finance and non-finance.

Our client is a leading entity in the industrial/manufacturing industry. The organisation is global, this role is for the UK arm. They work with many well known and staple brands.

Description

• Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts
• Provide financial analysis and insight into operational performance
• Lead on site based budgeting and forecasting processes
• Drive cost-saving initiatives across the organisation
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Experience in a similar role or industry
• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or Qualified by Experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proficiency in using finance-related software
