Hilton Foods is seeking a Management Accountant to prepare internal and external financial reports to aid decision making and support achievement of short and long-term goals. The role involves costing, budgeting, pricing support and cross-functional collaboration with non-financial teams.

The successful candidate will be AAT qualified with FMCG experience and strong Excel skills, joining a business-run finance function with opportunities for development and on-site work in Huntingdon.

• AAT qualified with FMCG experience or high FMCG Management Accountant experience.
• Good Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, analyse & report weekly financial and operational performance to support internal decision making.
• Manage a live costing file and validate customer cost debit notes.
• Process promo funding through customer and internal systems and weekly reports.
• Analyse cost movements impacting margin at SKU level with non-financial departments.
• Collaborate with finance costing on new product launches and EPD updates.
• Provide commercial team with customer-friendly CPI documents and cost increase support.
• Support pricing cycles and CPI calculations.
• Assist the wider finance team with audit requirements.
• Support process improvements and month-end information flow.

Role title: Management Accountant
Salary: Competitive
Location: Huntingdon, onsite Hilton Foods are looking for a Management Accountant who will prepare internal and external financial reports to aid the business in its decision making, to achieve short and long-term goals.

As a Management Accountant some of the responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare, analyse & report/present weekly financial and operational performance reports, to support drive internal decision making.
• Managing a live costing file.
• Validating customer cost debit notes.
• Processing promo funding through customer systems, internal systems, the weekly reports and the costing file.
• Analyse & report cost movements, impacting margin on a sku level. Working with non-financial departments to better cost control.
• Collaborating with the finance costing function on new product launches and EPD, to make sure all required areas are up to date.
• Providing the commercial team with customer friendly documents to support CPI asks and cost increases.
• Support with customer pricing cycles and CPI calculations.
• Supporting the wider finance team with audit requirement.
• Support the business in process improvement projects.
• Support the monthly process, where information crosses from weekly reporting to month end.
• Supporting in other parts of the finance function, when required.

To succeed as a Management Accountant, we ask that you have the following experience/expertise:

• AAT Qualified, with FMCG experience or high FMCG Management Accountant experience
• Good Excel skills
