SRM Recruitment is seeking a Management Accountant for a leading business based in Hertford, established for over 25 years. This is a 9-month FTC role working within a small finance team, reporting to the Head of FP&A.

Key duties include:

1. Balance sheet reconciliation
2. Variance analysis and commentary
3. Management accounts preparation and month-end tasks
4. Mentoring and supporting junior finance team members
5. Providing decision support to the business
