KERB is seeking a Management Accountant in Shoreditch, London. The role reports to the Group Head of Finance and covers end-to-end finance for KERB+ and support for the broader KERB Group finance team.
You will own AP/AR, cash flow analysis, month-end reporting and VAT returns, while collaborating with operations and leadership teams to drive cost management and profitability.

As a Management Accountant, reporting into the Group Head of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, providing accurate reporting, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making.
This role supports both KERB Group, the parent company behind Events and Venues businesses, and KERB+, our not-for-profit social enterprise that helps aspiring food entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses through training, mentoring and funding & trader markets. You will take ownership of the end-to-end finance function for KERB+ while also supporting the wider KERB Group finance team. This is a broad, hands‑on and rewarding opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to develop their commercial finance experience within a fast-paced and purpose-driven organisation.
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working at pace and taking ownership. You'll be naturally curious, always looking beyond the numbers to understand the drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Highly organised and efficient, you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills are essential, as you'll work closely with operational, events and leadership teams, as well as the central finance function, to provide insight, challenge thinking and support informed decision-making.
