Venture Recruitment Partners is recruiting an Interim Management Accountant for a well known business in Basingstoke. The role focuses on delivering timely month‑end reporting and partnering with stakeholders to drive financial performance.

You will supervise a direct report, oversee multi‑entity accounting, and support audits. The position offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) and strong career development prospects.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong month-end close and financial analysis experience.
• Proven ability to partner with teams and provide technical accounting guidance.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives is ideal.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs while maintaining high standards.
