Job summary

RG Consultancy is supporting a well-established group in Bacup in their search for a Management Accountant. The role reports to the Group Financial Controller and covers management accounts, board packs, balance sheets, budgeting and forecasting across a multi-entity group.

The successful candidate will oversee month-end processes, provide P&L and cost reporting, manage fixed assets and inter-company accounts, and support the Financial Controller with monthly board packs.

Qualifications

• Production of timely and accurate management accounts with commentary and analysis.
• Support with production of monthly board packs
• Ownership of the balance sheets
• Play a key role in the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasting
• P&L reporting
• Cost reporting
• Fixed asset register management
• Inter-company accounts
• Experience in a multi-entity group and month-end oversight
• Support the Financial Controller in producing monthly board packs

RG Consultancy are delighted to be supporting an excellent, well-established group of companies in Bacup who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team.

Reporting to and supporting the Group Financial Controller, the Management Accountant would be responsible for:

• Production of timely and accurate management accounts with commentary and analysis
• Support with production of monthly board packs
• Ownership of the balance sheets
• Play a key role in the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasting
• P&L reporting
• Cost reporting
• Fixed asset register management
• Inter-company accounts

This Management Accountant role would be suitable for someone with experience in a multi-entity group, who is used to overseeing the month end process and supporting the Financial Controller in producing the monthly board packs.
