RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a large Leicestershire business to appoint a proactive Management Accountant to join their finance team. The role offers leadership of two assistant accountants and a strong mix of accounting and business partnering.

You will perform variance analysis, deliver KPI presentations, and handle month-end reconciliations and reporting. Candidates should be part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA with a solid academic record, with clear progression opportunities.

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a large Leicestershire business as they seek a proactive Management Accountant to join their finance team.

The site is easily commutable from Leicestershire, Leicester City Centre, Loughborough, and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will have a fantastic opportunity to build leadership skills by supervising two assistant accountants. The role has a good mix of accounting and business partnering. You will play a crucial role in driving business performance, improving margins, and supporting operational functions through insightful analysis. Key responsibilities include variance analysis, delivering strategic presentations during KPI meetings, and month-end responsibilities such as reconciliations, and reporting.

Candidates should be at least part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA with a strong academic record. It's likely that you may be working in an Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, or Finance Analyst type role.
