Lead the Future of Patient Access – Join Us as Managed Access Programs Lead (MAPs)!

Are you ready to make a real impact on patients' lives while driving strategic innovation in healthcare access?

We’re looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our Managed Access Programs (MAPs) – ensuring life-changing therapies reach the patients who need them most, faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert in MAPs, shaping strategy for priority products and enabling evidence generation.
  • Own the delivery of all MAP types – from early access schemes to post-study supply – on time and within budget.
  • Lead and inspire a team of clinical associates and manage key vendor partnerships.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear insights on MAP activity and budget impact.
  • Support and lead broader medical affairs initiatives with confidence and clarity.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Seamless, compliant MAP execution aligned with global regulations and SOPs.
  • Maximized patient access to priority therapies.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication that drives results.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or medicine (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep expertise in MAPs, clinical trials, and pharmaceutical development.
  • Proven leadership, budget management, and regulatory knowledge (MHRA/ABPI, GCP, ICH).

Team Leadership: Manage 2+ clinical associates
