About the role:

As a Support Worker in Hackney, you will support male adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, and autism.

Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, engaging in activities, and utilizing community opportunities. Daily tasks may involve swimming, socializing, helping someone find a college, or supporting them with household chores or using a laptop. The focus is always on the individuals you support, ensuring they have positive experiences.

You will help maintain a safe and supportive environment as part of the care team.
