About the Role:

As a Support Worker in Hackney, you will support male adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, and autism.

Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, activities, and community engagement. No two days are the same; you may be swimming, socialising, helping someone find a college, learn to hoover, or use a laptop. The individuals you support are central to your workday.

You will help maintain a safe and supportive environment, ensuring positive experiences for those in your care.
