SeeAbility in Kennington, Oxfordshire is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help a young man with autism and learning disabilities lead a fuller, more independent life. The role is hands-on, requires driving and is based in a supported living home.

You will be supported by a friendly team, complete mandatory training, and be part of a service that values empathy, reliability, and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Right to live and work in the UK
• Practical, active approach to work
• Caring, positive and resilient mindset

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines from morning to bedtime.
• Plan and enjoy person-centred activities — walks, swimming, shopping and trips out.
• Build trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing.
• Keep clear and accurate records.
• Work closely with colleagues and professionals
