Job summary

Creative Support in Wellingborough is seeking caring individuals for full-time or part-time roles to provide personal care at clients' homes. The job includes medication support, cooking and cleaning assistance, and helping service users engage in community activities.

The role offers training, no prior experience required, and shifts including sleep-in options. You will travel around Wellingborough to support two service users with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Qualifications

Job description

£12.85 per hour

Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Full-Time, Part-Time

We are looking for caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to two service users with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs, based in Wellinborough.

Staff will liaise with the district nurses and health professionals to carry out all identified social care tasks and healthcare takes assigned by them, whilst ensuring and outcome-focused service which is responsive to individuals changing needs. This service user will need assistance with medication and shaving, but you will also be involved with supporting them with activities within the community, as they love to go shopping and being out and about.

No Previous Experience Needed

We offer full time and part time work, as well as sleep in shifts. You will work within the community for this role and you must be comfortable with travelling around Wellingborough to individual’s homes to provide care.
