£12.50 per hour

Real Life Options is a registered charity currently experiencing growth, and we are seeking Relief Support Workers who want to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we support.

About the role

At Elsdon Mews, we support 6 adults with learning disabilities in their own homes, helping them to live independent and fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you will assist with daily living tasks, including domestic chores, social support, personal care, medication support, and meal preparation.

We provide creative, dynamic, and person-centred services, offering individualized support to people in shared supported living and individual tenancies.

You should be able to follow detailed support plans to effectively support the individuals.

Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

A DBS check is required for this role.

Driving with a full UK license is essential.

Shift Patterns

Shifts typically run between 8am - 9pm, with each shift lasting 13 hours.

This role may include shift work, including days, evenings, sleepovers, nights, and weekends. Sleepovers include an allowance.
