Creative Support in Northampton is seeking caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to two service users in their own homes. You will work with district nurses and health professionals to carry out tasks, assist with medications, and help clients engage with community activities.
The role includes shifts from 6am to 10pm, with full-time, part-time and sleep-in options, and travel within the Northampton area.
£12.85 per hour

We are looking for caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to 2 service users in their own home. Staff will liaise with the district nurses and health professionals to carry out all identified social care tasks and healthcare takes assigned by them, whilst ensuring and outcome-focused service which is responsive to individuals changing needs. This service user will need assistance with medication and shaving, but you will also be involved with supporting them with activities within the community, as they love to go shopping and being out and about.
Previous care experience is not essential for this role. Shift patterns range from 6am to 10pm, and we offer full time and part time work, as well as sleep in shifts. You will work within the community for this role and you must be comfortable with travelling around Wellingborough to individual’s homes to provide care.
Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
