Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a Support Worker for our Alcester, Warwickshire development. The role involves personal care, medication administration and helping with domestic tasks to enable residents to live independently.

You will support tenants to engage in a range of social activities and daily living, in a modern Housing with Care setting. Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available, with comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience is required.
• Willingness to complete training and induction.
• Ability to work flexible full-time or part-time hours as required by the service.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to tenants.
• Administer medication as directed per policy.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning and other domestic tasks.
• Support tenants to maximise well-being and independence.
• Encourage service users to participate in social activities inside and outside the home.

Join us as a Support Worker at our bespoke development in Alcester, Warwickshire. Our innovative Housing with Care and Support service offers a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, including complex physical and health conditions.

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning. You’ll support tenants to maximize their well-being and independence, fostering a fulfilling and valued life. You’ll also encourage service users to engage in exciting social activities both within and outside their homes. Our residents love participating in a wide range of activities, ensuring no two days are the same.

No previous care experience is required and we offer both full-time and part-time hours, worked flexibly according to the service’s needs.

The service is conveniently located with great public transport links and multiple bus stops nearby.
