Voyage Care is seeking a Male Waking Night Support Worker in Hinckley for a part-time role (21 hours) with shifts 7am–2pm and 2pm–10pm. You will support residents to gain more independence, assisting with daily living tasks and personal care in a friendly, supportive environment.

We welcome caring, hands-on individuals who can work as part of a dynamic team, helping people grow in confidence and independence while following care plans and safeguarding policies. DBS checks will be carried out.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in care or support roles.
• Ability to assist with personal care and meals.
• Flexible, resilient and patient in approach.
• Full UK driving license preferred.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold ideally a full UK driving license to be able to commute to different calls , be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
