Job summary

Active Care Group in Haverfordwest is hiring Male Support Workers to assist a gentleman with an acquired brain injury at his home. Roles include day and night shifts, with flexible hours and a consistent care pattern, under a zero-hours contract with potential for contracted hours after probation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in health and social care is required or desired.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to person-centred care, dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Support a gentleman living with an ABI at his own home.
• Work across day and night shifts (8am–8pm or 8pm–8am).
• Maintain regular weekly shifts with a consistent care package.
• Become part of a supportive, consistent care team.
