Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Support Worker to assist a gentleman in East Preston with brain injury in his own home. The role involves full personal care, daily living support, and aiding with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy in a home pool.

You will join a dedicated care team, working day shifts on a flexible zero-hours contract with regular rotas and ongoing training, including access to the Active Learning Hub and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Full personal care and daily living support.
• Support with regular physiotherapy.
• Assistance with hydrotherapy in his on-site pool.
• Overnight clinical tasks (full training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support to the client as part of a dedicated care team.
• Engage the client in activities and monitor wellbeing during shifts.
• Follow care plans and coordinate with the Care Manager for shifts.
