Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking Bank Support Workers (driver required) to provide flexible cover for sickness, annual leave and service needs. Shifts are typically 11am–5pm, with a zero-hours contract and a welcome bonus of £100.

You will support a client with complex needs at home, enjoying dogs and outdoor activities, and driving to various locations in Wales. Training, DBS checked and regular rotas are provided.

Bank Support Workers (Must be driver due to location) – Flexible Cover Role £100 Welcome Bonus + Up to £14/hr Contract: Bank / zero-hours – providing cover for sickness, annual leave, and service needs as required. Shift Pattern: 11am – 5pm shifts Day shifts Bank cover for sickness, annual leave and service needs as required.

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero‑hours contract.
