Job summary

Marchant Recruitment represents a successful secondary school in Reading seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Officer to join its busy pastoral team. You will work hands-on to support safeguarding systems, maintain CPOMS records and coordinate referrals in partnership with the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Applicants should have previous safeguarding or child protection experience in an education setting, be calm under pressure, highly organized and comfortable handling sensitive information.
