We have an exciting opportunity for a senior project manager in transport infrastructure to join and lead Herefordshire's Infrastructure Delivery Team. Part of the Economy and Environment department, this multi-skilled team focuses on highways and transport projects.

You will manage a team of highway engineers and project managers to deliver capital projects efficiently. You will lead the development and delivery of the Hereford Western Bypass, overseeing the phase one (£35m+ link road) and guiding consultants on phase two (£300m+), including funding and planning permissions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or be a chartered engineer with significant experience in major transport infrastructure projects. Proven achievements in public sector development, design, procurement, and highway project delivery are essential.
