Responsibilities

• Support a team of major loss adjusters by driving claims forward and keeping all stakeholders in the loop.
• Liaise with brokers and policyholders, chase reports, check figures, and challenge estimates as needed.
• Handle elements of settlement directly with clients and insurers where appropriate.
• Maintain high professional standards and manage workload under pressure.
