Severn Trent Water is hiring Electrical Maintainers for regional roles, based from a site near your home with a company vehicle and full equipment. You will work Mon-Thu 7:30-3:30 and Fri 7:30-3:00, with generous overtime and standby.

The position offers training, progression, and a clear development path within a renowned environmental business. Starting salary is £41,762, with increases to £45,164 as you gain qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Electrical Regulations (and latest updates).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Based from a site near your home and provided with a company vehicle, mobile, safety gear, and tools.
• Maintain electrical systems on process plants similar to manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Assist with provision of specialist training and progression within a national business.
• Contribute to keeping communities and rivers safe through proactive maintenance.

Severn Trent is hiring Electrical Maintainers across the region, with roles in the Leicestershire (Wanlip) area.

This is a regional role, where you’ll be based from a site near your home and provided with a company vehicle, mobile, safety gear, and tools. Hours: Mon-Thu 7:30-3:30, Fri 7:30-3:00, plus generous overtime opportunities, standby will be required.

WHATYOU’LL NEED:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
• 18th Edition Electrical Regulations (and latest updates)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience gained from process plants in any industry

You will be required to train as an LV SAP earning you an extra allowance with future opportunities to train and upskill as a HV SAP upon successful selection.

This role has a clear development path from Foundation to Skilled and Expert and offers Multi and Dual skill pathways in Mechanical and Instrument disciplines.

Salary starts at £41,762 rising to £45,164 with qualifications and experience.
