The ideal candidate performs multi-trade maintenance, from plumbing to electrical and cooling, while delivering strong customer service. Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, and other trades.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas; complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances; perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and related tasks as needed.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Ridge at Caste Rock Apartments!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$26/hour DOE
