Job summary

Wasatch Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas. You will respond to resident requests within 3 hours, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues, and uphold the Wasatch brand with an owner’s mindset.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, strong communicators, and team players who can multitask and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies

From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.

• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.

What we're looking for:

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - 20.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
