J.C. Hart Company is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician II to join our Westfield team. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical panels, pools, and apartment appliances on-site in Westfield, IN.

Qualifications

• Minimum maintenance experience in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC, electrical panels, pools and appliances.
• Ensures safety and appearance checks; reports repairs to Maintenance Supervisor on site.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs the following:

• HVAC equipment
• Electrical panels and protective wiring, including all property lighting
• Pools and pool equipment
• Appliances in apartments
• Electric motors, controls and auxiliary equipment
• Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.
• Inventory Management and shop maintenance

• Delivers an exceptional customer experience, both internally and externally, as defined in our Company's Engaging Vision of Customer Service.
• Establish rapport with Residents and provide personalized service.
• Handles Resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
