Job summary

Priory Group’s Maintenance Person role spans Dolphin Lane and Daisy Vale, two closely located sites. It is a permanent full-time post at £13.45 per hour, based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.

You’ll join a dedicated team to keep the home in top condition, report maintenance issues, work with local contractors, maintain inspection records, and support the Home Manager to improve the environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be proactive in identifying and solving maintenance issues.
• Ability to liaise with contractors and staff to ensure tasks are completed.
• Committed to creating a safe, comfortable home for residents.

Responsibilities

• Keep the home in top condition, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
• Identify, report and resolve maintenance or safety issues.
• Work with local contractors to complete planned and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inspection certificates and records.
• Support the Home Manager to continuously improve the environment.
