You will maintain a range of buildings services, plant and equipment, which can sometimes be complex and non-routine by diagnosing and repairing faults as they occur. Other maintenance duties will include the maintenance of NHSL’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, associated building services plant, and building fabric assets to a high standard. This will involve planning and prioritising workload and managing materials, documentation, completion, and sign-off.

Based at PSSD Maintenance, University Hospital Monklands. Working hours: Mon-Wed 0800-1630; Thu 0800-1600; Fri 0800-1400.
