To maintain a range of buildings services, plant and equipment, which can sometimes be complex and non-routine, by diagnosing and repairing faults as they occur.
Maintain NHSL’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, associated building services plant, and building fabric assets to a high standard.
This will include planning and prioritising daily workload and material management requirements, including documentation, completion, and sign-off.
