  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with statutory and company compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to completed works.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota as required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the effective maintenance of the NHS estate.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician - Plumbing to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Based from Louth County Hospital, you will provide planned and reactive plumbing maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of NHS properties across Lincolnshire. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring plumbing systems remain safe, efficient and fully operational. Working both independently and as part of a wider
maintenance team, you'll play a key role in creating environments that support excellent patient care and NHS services.

Who You Are

You are a qualified and experienced plumbing professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. You enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively with colleagues, and taking ownership of your work. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) and have experience carrying out maintenance, repairs and fault-finding across a range of plumbing systems.

This is a mobile role covering Lincolnshire & the surrounding areas.
