Job summary

Hotel Co 51 UK is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for their MOXY Edinburgh Airport location. This role is vital in ensuring the technical facilities and quality standards of the hotel are upheld.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical maintenance, be proactive and reliable, and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks, weekly sprinkler tests, and controlling various technical systems.

Maintenance Technician - MOXY Edinburgh Airport

This position is based on a full time contract.

Gross salary: £31366per year

The demands on our hotelare high, as far as the technical facilities and the quality of the hotel are concerned. In order to maintain this standard, we are looking for a technically skilled caretaker who would like to take over all tasks for the care and maintenance of our hotel.

What we expect from you

• Training in handicrafts or in industry
• Load capacity
• Technical and manual understanding
• Control and monitoring of ventilation and heating systems
• Execution of the weekly sprinkler test
• Operation of the MSR
• Implementation of small repairs, small painting work and maintenance work
• Control of manual work and handicrafts during commissioned work
• Reading meter readings
