Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a Maintenance Technician for MOXY Bristol on a full-time contract. The role focuses on maintaining technical facilities and hotel standards, with a gross salary of £32,385 per year.

You will handle mechanical/electrical tasks, read meters, oversee ventilation and heating systems, perform weekly sprinkler tests, and carry out small repairs and maintenance to keep the hotel running smoothly.

This position is based on a full time contract.

Gross salary: £32385 per year

The demands on our hotelare high, as far as the technical facilities and the quality of the hotel are concerned. In order to maintain this standard, we are looking for a technically skilled caretaker who would like to take over all tasks for the care and maintenance of our hotel.

What we expect from you

• Training in handicrafts or in industry
• Load capacity
• Technical and manual understanding
• Control and monitoring of ventilation and heating systems
• Execution of the weekly sprinkler test
• Operation of the MSR
• Implementation of small repairs, small painting work and maintenance work
• Control of manual work and handicrafts during commissioned work
• Reading meter readings
