Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Proficient in fault finding and root cause analysis.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned preventative maintenance across site machinery and infrastructure.
• Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and implement solutions.
• Support operations by resolving mechanical issues impacting production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and fix faults.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site procedures.
• Complete actions from CAR system.
• Communicate maintenance plans and handovers with departments.
• Assist with commissioning, upgrades, and configuration of machinery.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed, parts used, and fault analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Education
