Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Operative for a busy manufacturing facility in Measham. You will join a small combined production and maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated production machinery, with emphasis on mechanical and electrical systems.

The role requires a time-served apprenticeship or formal qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, fault diagnosis experience, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Hands-on fault diagnosis and repairs on industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Fault-finding and breakdown repairs across automated production equipment.
• Support health and safety practices and continuous improvement.
• Maintain production output, quality and yield through effective maintenance.
