Pioneer Selection Ltd has a client seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing site in Stevenage. You will perform electrical and mechanical fault finding, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across plant machinery.

The role offers a £48,000 salary, 12-hour shifts, and benefits including pension, life insurance and gym access.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns across site machinery.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on plant equipment.
