Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, caretaking or a similar role.
• Strong practical ability and good DIY skills.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Electronically report and log repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests across the sites.
• Assist with planned and preventative maintenance works.
• Support overall site safety and security.
• Take and record utility meter readings.
• Occasionally arrange contractors for large repairs.
