The Role:

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the site remains safe, functional and well maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Electronically reporting and logging repairs
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests across the sites
• Assisting with planned and preventative maintenance works
• Supporting overall site safety and security
• Taking and accurately recording utility meter readings
• Occasionally arranging contractors for any large repairs/issues
