Job summary

Gousto in Warrington is seeking an enthusiastic ESO to maintain and support the production line, ensuring smooth operation of machinery and quick response to stoppages from the SCADA system.

You will perform planned maintenance, run equipment when needed and help drive continuous improvements to keep OTIF targets. Key tasks include identifying parts, maintaining records and following SOPs to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG environment.
• Mechanically minded with knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive team player.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and PPE use.
• SCADA knowledge and DiQ/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to stoppage calls and carry out planned OAC maintenance.
• Proactive maintenance of machinery and replacement of defective parts.
• Identify parts details from components and manuals to source replacements.
• Keep records of approved/defective units and final products (incl OTIF).
• Maintain SOPs, documents and follow administrative procedures.
• Use appropriate systems to monitor line performance.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and lead CI initiatives.
• Understand KPI impact on OTIF and other targets.
