Air Liquide's Energas division in the UK seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability of production plant and equipment. You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance on cryogenic pumps and gas filling systems, and collaborate with subcontractors to uphold safety, calibration, and certification records.

You will also manage small installation projects and may travel to other IPG locations to support engineers, requiring strong communication and initiative.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with COMAH site processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Pressure Safety Systems Regulations and written schemes.
• Technical knowledge in plant/process instrumentation, controls, and electrical/safety systems.
• Experience with Permit to Work systems, RAMS, and Management of Change procedures.
• Knowledge of cryogenic processes, compressors, and cooling systems is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Positive can-do attitude and initiative.
• Full clean driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Execute routine and breakdown maintenance on cryogenic pumps and industrial gas filling systems per engineering best practices.
• Coordinate with production and subcontractors to schedule and perform on-time maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Manage local spare parts inventory to maintain productivity within budget.
• Participate in safety walks, risk assessments, and log statutory data in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team to address obsolescence, propose upgrades, and support Capex processes.
